Two of the Key Inspirations Behind ALL Of My Work Inside LT_Writing are MY MOM & MY DAD!

My Mom Inspired LT_Writing By!

My mom inspires me by being on the edge of the doorsteps of her eighties and being is severe pain on each and everyday the Lord Jesus Christ allows her to stay on the planet earth yet she still goes into work each day she is scheduled even though she has needed two knee replacements for decades and even though she suffers from Fibromyalgia and carries routine pain with her daily not including the much needed knee replacements she has needed for decades and because of needing those two surgeries she carries knee pain around with her daily! My mom is in constant pain and she uses pure Discipline to make sure everything that needs to get done from her work and family life gets done!

Discipline is the act of doing something anyway regardless of your current state of mind. It doesn’t matter if you are in extreme pain or sick or just not motivated a person who is truly Disciplined will put in the work to get whatever work they need to get done finished by putting in the MAXIMUM EFFORT in Said Project!

This book is in the image of the K9 movie franchise or Turner & Prissey with a much smaller dog; a Chihuahua named Prissey! Mark Turner is a Private Investigator on the case of a steroid ring when the death of his mother happens, and he gets his inheritance; her Chihuahua Prissey! Mark Turner must adapt to a new life as a Fur Daddy! Mark must learn to adapt to a new life trying to cope with the death of his mother, trying to continue his work as a PI, trying to deal with the limited personal life he has had, and trying to raise a Chihuahua devil who he is in a love/hate relationship with. Mark is unsure what will happen daily now with inheriting Prissey life just got that much more complicated while he is on the biggest case of his career! Will life settle down for Mark? Only time will tell!

Dedication

This book is dedicated to my loving caring mother and Best Friend! This book Turner and Prissey is also my birthday present for my mom here for her seventieth birthday on 11/17/2018! Mom, I hope you have a happy birthday, and I hope the fictional story of Turner and Prissey brings you joy. After all Prissey is a 100 percent in print copy of our Chihuahua Prissey pictured with me on the front cover, and the mother in my short story Laura Turner and the son in my novel and main character Mark Turner is based loosely on you and me. I love you mom and am grateful I was blessed to have you as my mother.

            It was Christmas Eve December 24th, 2017, when I decided to go see Star Wars: The Last Jedi at 8:15pm and the movie got out at 11pm when I realized how much you truly care about me and my happiness. Since I did not have my car, you had to drive me to the cinema around seven that night and then come pick me up at eleven pm, which is rather late for you to go out to go anywhere, much less you coming to the movies to pick me up when you didn’t have to. I was happy you brought Prissey with you when you came to pick me up. She looked so cute in her pink sweater, and she seemed happy to see much other than the Prissey Chihuahua character in this story towards Mark Turner.

            I hope you know I really appreciate you mom, and I wanted to do something special for you, and this mom was the coolest most special thing I could do! Turner and Prissey were inspired by the 1989 Tom Hanks Film Turner and Hooch. The Turner and Hooch synopsis is below….

            Det. Scott Turner (Tom Hanks) is an uptight, by-the-book police officer who hopes to leave his sleepy California town and work in the big city. When his friend Amos Reed (John McIntire), the proprietor of a junkyard, is killed, Turner reluctantly inherits the man’s dog. Realizing that the canine may be able to help him solve the murder case, Turner attempts to adjust to life with the big dog, resulting in much household destruction and unwelcome chaos.

            I remember being taken to see this movie by you and my father at the Terrace Theater when I was growing up in Greensboro, North Carolina. Then once out of VHS I watched it when I was able to; when the VHS was where I was while I was growing up. But one night while being grown I found Turner and Hooch on Netflix, and I watched it more than once, and then got an idea what if the Hooch character was a Chihuahua instead of a big dog. So since we have had Prissey for four years, and your maiden name and my middle name is Turner I came up with the idea for Turner and Prissey.

            I hope you enjoy reading Turner and Prissey as much as I enjoyed writing this short story. I love you mom, Happy Birthday! It is something different than I usually write, and this novel is to you for you, and from me! it is one hundred percent for your enjoyment because of everything in my life you have done for me which involves everything I can ever remember from childhood to adulthood now in my mid-thirties. You are grandly appreciated and I love you mom so read and enjoy!

Turner & Prissey is my version of a Turner & Hooch type K9 Franchise Literary Version of the movie world of Turner & Prissey’s elder where a member of law enforcement is forced to maintain a crime time partnership with Man’s Best Friend! Only Turner & Prissey relies on the smallest of canine partners with the dog in this tale being a Chihuahua! A Chihuahua who was molded into a literary character based off of my own real life Chihuahua Prissey!

Turner & Prissey has the first novel published and available on Amazon with two sequels in Turner & Prissey 2 and Turner & Prissey 3 on deck to write and publish. Below are the synopsis for the two future inside the Turner & Prissey Trilogy!

Inspired by classic film noir Turner and Prissey 2 features Luke Turner and his faithful Chihuahua Prissey who are on the case of the Southern Belle named Laura missing husband who was waiting in Mark’s office the morning after Mark ruffled his fiancée’s feathers about it being two years since Mark proposed to Officer Kaley Brooks, and they still haven’t become husband and wife. One clue leads to next clue in what might turn out to be Turner and Prissey’s most dangerous adventure yet. All of the action triggers the police department to finally take the missing persons case of Laura’s husband the very rich Bruce Winslow seriously, and the police department assign Detective Amber Anderson and her police dog Brutus. Brutus is half German Shepard and half Belgian Malinois, and Brutus is the longest running champion on the dog competition Law Dog vs Street Dog. Now Mark and Prissey were involved in rat race of who were going to solve this missing person’s case with many twists and turns first. As Detective Amber Anderson is flirtatious with Mark Turner and is trying to capture the loveable Mark Turner in her web no matter how much he rejects the nerdy Detective’s advances Prissey is involved in a true David vs Goliath match with Brutus which might possibly lead to the big dance of dog competitions but before that could happen will Mark Turner be able to get on the same page with his fiancée who he absolutely loves and worships while trying to solve the mystery of Laura’s missing husband with a handsy Detective from the police department and her monster police dog on his and Prissey’s tail trying to solve the same case themselves. 

What does Mark Turner and his Senior Chihuahua Prissey need even less than the flu? A case involving a Criminal Biker Gang. Mark’s wife Kaley’s father’s Hardware Business had been robbed by different members of the same biker gang for six and a half weeks, and the same biker gang continues to rob and loot the same commercial district block on a routine basis no matter how much work law enforcement puts in to keep this biker gang known Demonic Chihuahua or its official gang banger name is Chihuahueño Demoniaco/a 666. Chihuahueño Demoniaco/a 666 is led by Angelica Sanchez Lopez. Angelica’s family had pro right wing political views and they used to have a Republican pro right wing political store inside this same Business District where Angelica and her lover Manuel Santiago who is well known under the street name yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah killed Angelica’s mother and father and torched her family’s political store. A political store which was the highest grossing store inside the district. The business owners recently decided to join forces in their business district to do what the police force hasn’t been able to do and that is put a stop to Chihuahueño Demoniaco/a 666 and the business owners nominated Mark Turner and Prissey to lead from the driver’s seat as their general because of all the tales about how Mark and Prissey always survived bigger missions than they should have ever been in! Now it is time for another big adventure for Mark and Prissey only at a later point in life where the aches and pains are acting up and adding up but it is all about discipline!

I have so much on my plate right now I don’t know when Turner & Prissey 2 and Turner & Prissey 3 will be released but even though I wasn’t originally going to I did decide to release Turner & Prissey to the General Public and Anyone can purchase it at the link below…..

This is probably the Best Birthday Present I ever gave to my mom. I published three books in 2018 shortly after one another because of my LTBoss coming into my life, and all that excitement out of the shoot. My mom is my Best Friend, and I pay full attention to her in my life. She has always been there for me and has always known what is best. I remember my grandparents on my mom’s side of the family used to tell me and my mom backed up the saying “You can do anything that you put your mind to!”

That statement is MORE THAN TRUE! Because I have here in my early forties have accomplished everything in my life I ever set out and wanted to publish such as being a published author, being a paid actor, having a successful wrestling persona by working a period of my life for a Independent Wrestling Persona, and my mom has been with me at each step of the way! This is one reason my mom influences and inspires my work life so much because she has showed so much energy and time in pushes me to pursue victory by going the right direction. My mom following me with what I do inside my LT_Writing time and my time with Wrestling 4 A Cause Chattanooga and seeing the majority of my plays. My mom has always been there for me and that fact alone is another reason she inspires me because she cares and I want to impress her with what I do within my life and by accomplishing the Legacy I want to have for myself. A Legacy that can be read about on the My Legacy page on this website. I am on the fast track of accomplishing that Legacy and I honestly wouldn’t make it if it wasn’t for all the positives my mom has put into my life, and if it wasn’t for my dad who has Inspired LT_Writing in a totally different way which overall was overall negative in all the areas EXTREMELY POSITIVE IN!

I am MOST DEF a Workaholic and this is a trait I got from my dad. My dad worked Monday-Friday at the carpet store the family owned Carpet Gallery and then my dad worked Saturday and Sunday inside his home office. Only breaking for our time to catch an afternoon matinee movie on Saturday and Sunday and only breaking Saturday night to watch through any movies we rented on Friday and Saturday that particular weekend, Friday he just got in from work and we went out and rented a very large stack of movies from Video Review and my dad didn’t work anymore after he got in from Carpet Gallery on Friday. Instead he slept until around noon and hit his office around noon before got to the theater for a movie around four something that afternoon. My dad was who I got my workaholic ways from when it has come to LT_Writng and me building the LTRealm since 2014!

My dad and I haven’t had much of a relationship in throughout all of these years but recently we have been trying.

As I mentioned in the Opening Paragraph My Dad and I went to the movies pretty much every Saturday and Sunday and Then we would always rent movies on Friday and Saturday night.

The kicker was he chose all the movies we watched together and he was clear to my mother that if I was going to watch a movie with him either in theaters or at home that I would watch what he wanted us to see. There was no exceptions to this rule of his.

Of course I watched Children’s Movies and Lifetime type movies with my mom but my mom on average always watched Family Friendly movies with my younger brother and I while my dad without meaning to I guess created THE RATED R NOVELIST LEE T. LUNSFORD which would come to the forefront years down the road from the time my dad was taking me to see 80s and 90 action movies while my parents were still together before everyone split up in 1996.

I would have to honestly say if my dad didn’t take me to all those R Rated action movies or we didn’t watch all those R Rated action movies on either Cinemax, HBO, or Showtimes as part of our TV Cable Package I don’t know if The Rated R Novelist Lee T. Lunsford would have ever existed in the world!

The novel I Dedicated to my dad is part of the Sean James Franchise. The Sean James Franchise would remind a person reading it of a Tom Clancy novel specifically a Tom Clancy Jack Ryan novel, and the Sean James novels my also remind the reader of the Lee Child Jack Reacher novels. Only the difference between Sean James or Jack Ryan or Jack Reacher is that Jack Reacher and Jack Ryan are popular action characters with Prime Action Series and a multitude of movies out in their character’s names!

These two characters really inspired the Sean James character but in all honesty the Jack Ryan character influenced Sean James MORE SO THAN THE JACK REACHER CHARACTER!

The above statement is true because I didn’t know who Jack Reacher was growing up, and when I was a child and my dad took time to tell me stuff about books he was reading or read they usually were Tom Clancy Jack Ryan books so my dad educated me on those. Explaining how Jack Ryan became President and Jack Ryan’s son later became a big time spy in his own series of Tom Clancy novels.

I learned of Jack Reacher after the Tom Cruise movies released and then the later multiple season show on Amazon Prime. Later I found out how many Lee Child Jack Reacher books there were, and by watching the visuals of Jack Reacher and Jack Ryan I was able to develop my Sean James Character!

I chose the name Sean James by using the first name of my Later Older Brother Sean Black and the First Name of My Late Paw Paw James. Put one and one together and it equals Sean James.

There are two Sean James Franchise novels currently published and available for purchase off of Amazon.

Those books are the first book where Sean James debuts inside Armageddon and the second Sean James Franchise Novel Christmas Blood

I have been working on the third Sean James Franchise Novel and am Still Writing The Initial Rough Draft manuscript for Freedom Isn’t Free and with the amount of other projects I plan to complete before the third Sean James Franchise Novel there likely will be a continued wait before the Sean James Franchise builds any further titles inside the LTRealm.

Below is the synopsis to Armageddon Followed by the Dedication I wrote inside Armageddon made out personally to my dad even though he refuses to read my books because he fears something would be written in secret about him! Since my dad and I have not had the most perfect of a father and son relationship in my lifetime and I suffer from PTSD over our lack of relationship. He thinks anytime I write about a dysfunctional family or poor parent and child relationships I am automatically taking a shot at him when I am just being creative and writing what works for whatever character inside what novel I was writing. Even though circumstances might be similar from one toxic parent and child relationship to another it doesn’t mean that whatever is going on inside my novels between a child dealing with childhood trauma is automatically because of whatever chaos he caused in my life. I mean after all I thought he and I were trying to get out of this past 40 plus year hell hole we have been in called our father and son bond. Or lack there of! But even if we began to have a real father son bond that was absolutely the perfect the first thing an instructor will teach you inside a creative writing classroom is to write what you know!

Another reason I chose to Dedicate this book to my dad was because I remembered our childhood talks about Jack Ryan and I wanted to show my dad that those talks with me as a child meant something to me then and those talks mean something me today by me Dedicating the initial Sean James novel to my dad which has a lot of similiarty to the movies we watched as a kid and to Tom Clancy and the Jack Ryan Universe!

Armageddon Synopsis

Sean James was at home planning for a normal night until his roommate Brandy came home safe and sound but instead of a quiet night in front of the TV he was called into work by his British speaking operative who ruled his life ever since he left the military, and got a job with the CIA. The night and actions that was about to take place were going to be pure hell as it seemed like with terror attack after terror attack which were conducted throughout Sean’s time period trying to take down a coalition of various terrorist from different countries who formed a true Axis of Evil, and planned to use every type of terrorist attack to destroy America in a short time period. Sean James was teamed with another operative named Mel who was Australian, and they were the ultimate Martin Riggs teamed with a cloned Martin Riggs character from the Lethal Weapon movies creating the Ultimate Action Packed Combination! They were a couple of maniacs out on a mission to save the United States from several events that would claim more lives than the Nine Eleven terrorist attack that brought down the World Trade Center in New York years back! Only these terrorist weren’t only attacking the United States they decided to get personal and wage war on Sean’s personal life by going after Brandy! Will Sean James be able to complete both missions in time saving Brandy and her fiancee from danger along with saving the United States from chaos! Who knows but if anybody has a chance to do so; he does! Enough Said!

Dedication

                I am dedicating my Debut Sean James Novel Armageddon to my father John Lunsford. I am dedicating Armageddon to my father John Lunsford because I remember growing up when my parents were together growing up with my father reading the Tom Clancy Jack Ryan Novels, and my father taking me to see the Jack Ryan movies that began with A Hunt for Red October with Alec Baldwin playing Jack Ryan.

                Sean James is my version of Jack Ryan inside the LTRealm, and this is Sean James’s Debut Novel from LT_Writing, and his first appearance with my work inside the LTRealm! I am sure my father will love this novel when he reads it because he enjoys the Tom Clancy Jack Ryan Novels, so I am dedicating this novel to my father.

                I think out of all my novels written, and stories I wrote, printed off, three hole punched, and placed in binders over the years that this is one story my dad will actually like.

               My dad paid to start my LTRealm website and he has ordered copies of books for me to sale and have in inventory, and my dad has paid vendor’s fees for me to be able to be part of various wrestling events, wrestle cons, and comic cons selling my work as a vendor at those events!

                My dad John Lunsford has done a whole lot more for me than I have ever given him credit for! That is a sad but true statement! I hope this dedication in this debut Political Action Thriller that is debuting my Sean James character helps a little bit to show my father John Lunsford that I appreciate everything he has done for me whether I said “Thank You” or not! No matter if I acknowledge what my dad did for me or not, I am thankful to have him as one of my backers with the LTRealm and have him behind me as I add more content inside the LTRealm with the work I do with LT_Writing!

                John Lunsford and Lee T. Lunsford don’t always see eye to eye on things! There are time we probably feel like ripping the other one’s throat out! It has been a rough time at times throughout our lives but in the end, we are there for each other when we need to be! My dad paid the last part of my editing bill to Kym LaFever the woman that edited Simply Priceless for me which was good or it wouldn’t of been released when I planned for it to be released. My dad has done a lot he hasn’t gotten credit for or things that has been overlooked.

                I hope my dad appreciates this dedication because I am putting all my heart and soul behind it. I want you to know dad I do appreciate everything that you do whether you get Thank You or not but you should out of common curtesy always get a “Thank You” Let me say I am sorry you don’t get a Thank You 100% of the time. But I hope like everybody else you will read ahead and find out what Sean James is all about. Named after my older brother Sean Black and my Paw Paw James Turner here is your new military contractor action star Sean James in his debut novel Armageddon. If this book became a movie, I would like to see Captain America Chris Evans play Sean James but until that time allow Sean to live on in literature, and flip passed this page to check out the actual story of Armageddon to get a feel on what Sean James novels are about before the second Sean James novel Christmas Blood is released. My dad’s and my story in life is a true Cats In the Cradle Type Story. I am not upset about it anymore that’s just the way the cards were dealt. Neither one of us chose the other one to be in each other’s life biology just made that choice for us but truth be told I am not angry with my dad for anything anymore. I just try to accept everything for how things have been and I just try to accept him for who exactly he is and how exactly he behaves. I accept the past is the past and there are no do overs when it comes to the past.

I have went through a lot with my dad throughout my lifetime but I know I can’t change him anymore so than he can change me. I have to accept we never might have the relationship I would want to have my father and I might even have to accept that he was never father material but I know a few things for sure going through my lifetime with the father I was given and that is I am a good deal maker. I know the art of negotiation. I also have several decades of both positive and negative memories and like I mentioned I have plenty of positive memories involving my dad telling me about Jack Ryan. I remember the various movies my dad got me watching when I was a kid that I followed those movies sequels all the way into adulthood. I don’t think there would be a Rated R Novelist Lee T. Lunsford if it wasn’t for my dad taking me with him to all the R Rated action and adventure movies I grew up watching with him.

No we don’t have the perfect of perfect father and son relationships and we absolutely never have had anywhere close to a perfect or even positive at time father and son bond but I can honestly say when I look between all the chaos I see a lot of positives here and there. I have things and not just material things but actual positive inspiring memories from my father that I hold on to. That is another reason I can dedicate one of the LTRealm to a man who wasn’t a positive figure in my life the majority of the time.

I am the bigger man. I can put the past in the past and I can move forward continuing to accomplish My Legacy that is coming together and can each major step can be read about on the My Legacy Webpage.
